Bucket Wheel Sand Washing Machine is mainly used for sand processing, electric pole factory, building work site and concrete dam, various sands classifying and dewatering. This sand washer adopts inclination of 15°, under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool, this machine have three functions of washing, dewatering,classifying.

Application

Sand Washer is the commonly used equipment in artificial sand making production line.  It is widely used to process silica sand, river sand,yellow sand, River Sand Washing, Aggregate Field, Concrete Mixing Plant, Dry Mortar Plant Desulfurization, Quartz Sand etc.

Principle 

When sand washer works, the power plant drives the impeller to slowly rotate after slowing down through the V-shaped belt, reducer and gear, and sand and stone materials go into the washing chute from the material cabin, and roll driven by the impeller and grind with each other to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand and stone materials, and at the same time break the moisture layer coated on the sand particles for the purpose of dehydration. In the meantime, add water in it to form a strong water flow to timely wash away the impurities and foreign matters with small proportion and discharge them from the overflow port to complete the washing process.
