Project Background:

A client in Central Africa using a single sluice box for placer gold recovery encountered problems of low recovery rate and severe loss of fine gold. Furthermore, the region was arid, and the sluice box's high water consumption led to a surge in operational costs.

Solution:

We provided a highly efficient and environmentally friendly processing line for the placer gold ore. Raw material is first washed and screened by a trommel screen to remove large gravel. Then, a Jig Machine and Centrifugal Concentrator are used as core equipment to recover fine and micro-fine gold. The resulting rough concentrate is fed into shaking tables for final cleaning to obtain high-grade gold concentrate. The entire process is energy-efficient, water-saving, and highly adaptable.

Key Results:

Gold recovery rate significantly increased to over 88%: The combination of the Jig Machine, Centrifugal Concentrator, and Shaking Table dramatically improved the capture rate of fine gold, representing an increase of over 35% compared to the single sluice box.

Water consumption reduced by 30%: The entire process allows for water recycling, greatly reducing water costs, making it particularly suitable for arid or water-scarce regions.
