Arc plate type electric separator is a new type of mineral processing equipment improved on the basis of slide plate type electric separator and screen plate type electric separator. It has the advantages of low energy consumption, large output and easy operation. It is suitable for scavenging and beneficiation of rare metal ores such as zircon, rutile and tin ore.

Working Principle

This arc plate type high voltage electric separator is a double-sided multi-layer electrostatic separator, suitable for sorting ore such as rutile and placer. It adopts 60kv high voltage electrode and double-sided four-level specifications, which makes it have the characteristics of large processing capacity and stable operation, and is your ideal choice for mineral sorting. 

This machine adopts a double-row five-layer structure. Each layer has a grounded plate-shaped slide. A high-voltage electrostatic plate is installed on the top. After the high-voltage static electricity is turned on, the materials will be sorted according to the strength of the conductivity. Non-conductive materials will flow down to the next slide. This machine sorts five times in total, so as to achieve a better sorting effect.
