The main components of the concentrator include:

Crushing and screening: the raw ore is transported by car, and the crushing process is a two-stage and one-closed-circuit process;

Grinding and classification process: The qualified crushed products buffered by the powder ore bin enter the second-stage closed-circuit grinding and classification system;

Gravity separation section: A jigging gravity separation system is added between the first stage ball mill discharge and the closed circuit classification, with jigging used for roughing and shaking table used for fine separation;

Cyanide gold extraction: The overflow from the second-stage cyclone is concentrated and then enters the cyanide leaching system for leaching. An eight-stage leaching adsorption and reverse carbon extraction process is used.

Desorption electrolysis and smelting part: The saturated gold-loaded carbon adsorbed by the leaching system is sent to the high-temperature and high-pressure desorption electrolysis system for gold extraction. The electrolyzed gold mud has a high gold content. After impurities are removed, it is directly sent to the high-frequency gold melting furnace for smelting. The final product is mixed gold.

Tailings dry discharge part: The tailings after cyanidation in the concentrator are filtered and dehydrated using a filter press. The water content of the dehydrated tailings is about 20% to 25%. They are transported by belts to the tailings yard near the concentrator for storage, and the filtrate from the filter press is returned to the production for recycling, achieving zero discharge of production wastewater.
